Prestige Bay on Little Kennisis Lake in the Haliburton HighlandsPROFILE

Looking for the idyllic family getaway? This executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has it all. Rustic elegance with all the modern amenities in the comfort of a wooded, lakefront setting situated in beautiful Prestige Bay; 1/2 an acre of privacy on Little Kennisis Lake at the heart of Ontario’s premier cottage country. Our lake retreat comfortably accommodates 8.

Stunning view from the wrap around deck or dock. This bright, airy cottage comes complete with a fire pit, canoe and paddleboat, volleyball/ badminton court, and boasts plenty of lounge areas including the lower patio with its screened-in porch furnished in wicker with games for the kids.

Our group of 2 families spent a wonderful week at Prestige Bay this past August. With 3 small children, we appreciated being on a quiet, protected bay and the swing set was a bonus! The cottage was very spacious and with 2 levels allowed for separate sleeping areas.

One of our favourite parts was the huge deck overlooking the bay where the kids could play while we cooked/barbecued and where we enjoyed our meals outdoors. Each dinner was followed by a walk down to the fire pit for late night marshmallows and smores. Thank you Peter for a great time!
