Looking for the idyllic family getaway? This executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has it all. Rustic elegance with all the modern amenities in the comfort of a wooded, lakefront setting situated in beautiful Prestige Bay; 1/2 an acre of privacy on Little Kennisis Lake at the heart of Ontario’s premier cottage country. Our lake retreat comfortably accommodates 6+.

Child friendly with easy access to the water, gradual entry and sand beach by mid-summer. Stunning view from the wrap around deck, dock or gazebo. This bright, airy cottage comes complete with a fire pit, canoe and paddleboat, volleyball/ badminton court, and boasts plenty of lounge areas including the lower patio with its screened-in porch furnished in wicker with games for the kids.

There’s high speed internet, satellite TV, a washer and dryer and propane BBQ: The perfect recipe for the R&R you’ve been waiting for. Fully equipped kitchen and the Great Room and bedrooms have elevated pine ceilings and warm chocolate flooring. Cozy sofas and chairs circle the woodstove. The walkout basement provides a 2nd TV, wood stove, dry bar and fridge.

You can travel miles on this two lake chain for countless hours of boating and fishing pleasure. You’ll soon see why these sparkling, pristine, island-studded waters keep our guests coming back year after year.

Just 3 hours NE of Toronto and minutes from the 80,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed trails and world-famous Wolf Observatory. We’re deep in the woods but only 25 minutes from shopping, golf courses and entertainment. Kennisis Lake has a marina and small store for last minute supplies and all your watercraft needs.
