Reservation Procedure for
Kennisis Cottage Rental

Please check the Availability Calendar (found in the Navigation bars) for the cottage you have selected to find out when that cottage is available.
We require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost along with a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee and a completed and signed rental agreement to hold your holiday week(s) for you.
The balance including the security deposit is due 30 days prior to the reservation date. For convenience you may want to mail a post-dated cheque along with your deposit.
The security deposit is $500 and is normally refunded within 2-3 weeks of your departure. Your reservation will be booked and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
If your vacation date is within 30 days of the booking, the entire rental amount and security deposit is required and your cheque must be certified.
STEPS:
1. Advise us by phone or via our contact form (please put Reservation Notice in the subject line) that you are booking the cottage. We would be delighted to answer any questions you may have about the cottage.
2. We will email the Rental Agreement for you to print out and sign. Please include the number of people in your group (indicate age) and all pets, if applicable. (Sorry no cats.)
3. Please enclose a signed copy of the rental agreement along with your cheque(s) made payable to Kennisis Cottage Rentals and send Express Post to:

4. Once we receive all your paperwork, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.
5. We will email you an information package 10 days before the start of your rental period. It will include useful details about the cottage including emergency numbers, directions, map and key access.
