Situated on beautiful Haliburton Lake, 3 hrs. NE of Toronto, this ‘just renovated‘ 3 bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Our ‘summer dream‘ cottage is within short walking distance of the Fort Irwin Marina and store with take-out and ice cream. Vaulted pine ceilings in the open concept living and dining room. Freshly painted walls in the bedrooms and laminate flooring throughout.
A new 3 piece pine bathroom with shower. A brand new wett-certifed wood stove on a granite stone base. Electric heat for thosee chilly nights and overhead fans for those sizzling summer days.
A mere 30 feet from the shoreline, the cottage is backdropped by a hillside of lush forest and sits on 260 feet of private lakefront. Great lake view from a generous deck. A long, quiet laneway ideal for kids and dogs to roam.
Clear, clean Haliburton Lake is the sandiest lake in the Highlands. Shallow entry here with rock and sand bottom and a sand bar to wade out to by midsummer. Tidy and airy, this charmer provides a canoe and kayak, patio table and chairs and propane BBQ. A lovely well-equipped kitchen, TV/DVD/radio and CD player — movies and games provided.
The new 18 foot dock will accommodate a 20 foot boat and there’s a public beach and park just a km away if you feel like exploring. Just half an hour from the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its world-famous Wolf Centre. For mom & dad, you’re close to Sir Sam’s and golf courses and just 15 minutes away from the town of Haliburton for great food and entertainment.

THE WATERFRONT
260 feet of private lakefront in a bay on big Haliburton Lake. Water is crystal clear. Shallow entry, sand bottom. Small beach by mid-late summer. Canoe and kayak provided. Great dock. All day sun!
