A beautiful sand beach on a nicely treed lot with an expansive view of gorgeous Kennisis Lake makes this a picture postcard cottage. Our comfortable, 3 bedroom post & beam Viceroy will accommodate 6, and is available for year-round enjoyment. A sunken living room with cathedral ceilings and towering windows offers southern exposure for all day sun. The cottage ambiance is enhanced by pine interior and wide-plank pine flooring in an ample open concept living area.

Lots of room for R&R with both stationary and floating docks, a brand new glass-railing deck and a gazebo for outdoor bug-free dining. The mud room is perfect for hanging lifejackets and outdoor gear. Cottage comes with highspeed WIFI, Amazon Fire Stick TV, washer and dryer, microwave, propane BBQ a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board. Even the bunks have good mattresses and toppers. Standby generator provides full power backup in seconds. All this on an easy access circular drive, heated and available year-round and only 3 hours NE of Toronto.

We have rented many other cottages in the past. What we loved most about Camp David, particularly because we have young children, was the waterfront. The sandy bottom, shallow to the end of dock (later in the season) and the beach area, meant that we could spend most of the day at the waterfront. The cottage itself is beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed eating outside on the deck without being bothered by bugs thanks to the screened in dining area. We are renting again this summer and can’t wait to return!
