Pure cottage country charm! This 3 bedroom cottage with warm cedar interior and rustic pine floors is immaculate, casual, and thoroughly welcoming. The front windows offer a clear view of stunning Kennisis Lake with its miles of pristine, island-studded waters, and the cottage faces south for all day sun and wicked sunsets. Step out onto a large deck with comfortable patio furniture, and a propane BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
A level lot with a lakeside bunkie, and firepit is an idyllic setting for family and friends to gather. Cast out from an ample dock for trout and smallmouth bass.
Just 3 hours NE of Toronto and minutes from the 100,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed trails and world famous Wolf Observatory. We’re deep in the woods but only 25 minutes from shopping, golf courses, and entertainment; and Kennisis Lake has a marina and small store for last-minute supplies and all your watercraft needs.

All day sun. Stairs to the water, but not a steep slope. Rocky shoreline, deep water swimming, 2 kayaks, peddle boat.

Wifi, Netflix, reliable cell service, ceiling and standing fans, baseboard heat, microwave, water cooler, (regular drip) coffeemaker, blender, kettle, firepit, BBQ (1 spare tank), outdoor lounge furniture, board games, DVDs, 2 basic adult lifejackets.
