Your privacy is assured on a two-acre lot with 200 feet of frontage. A mere 75 feet from shore on a gentle slope to the water, this brand-new, spacious vacation haven is ideal for toddlers and seniors alike. Well-treed between properties ensures that neighbours go unnoticed. Rockwork and a clover-filled frontage fill the space. Across the lake, the view is the uninhabited Haliburton Forest.
Located on a cul de sac, minutes from the Wolf Centre at the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with its groomed hiking, biking, and snowmobile trails. Only ten minutes to the Kennisis Lake Marina with its store, coffee and ice cream kiosk, lakeside dining, pickleball, and entertainment. You don’t have to go far to stock up on supplies or indulge in a hearty lunch. You may not want to leave the lake, but you’re only 40 minutes from the town of Haliburton, should you decide to venture forth.

THE WATERFRONT
200 feet of private frontage and great sun exposure. Situated close to the water, it’s deep water swimming off a brand-new floating dock. A stand-up paddle board, a small one-person kayak, and aluminum row boat are there for your use.

Fibre Optics Wifi! Good cell service, washer, and dryer, UV drinking water system, water cooler, propane BBQ, ceiling fans, furnace, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, outdoor furniture, fire pit. Games: ping pong table, air hockey, bean bag toss, tick tac toss, and ring toss; books, DVDs, and some lifejackets. Level driveway and parking for multiple cars.

Rents Friday to Friday in summer. Long-term stays are also available.

No smoking or vaping permitted inside the cottage.
