There are no neighbours in sight at our very private hideaway with acreage on prestigious Redstone Lake in the Haliburton Highlands – a premier destination at the heart of Ontario’s vacation paradise.

With 3 levels and 4 bedrooms, the cottage is spacious and comfortable, a place where the lavish and practical meet: post & beam ceilings and warm wood floors, pleasing decor with modern amenities along with that very special Lakeland ambience.

Walkout basement boasts a pool table, bar, and a 3rd fireplace (propane).

Situated on a peaceful back road, ideal for strolling, its nature at your doorstep. There’s extensive decking to enjoy the stunning view of the lake and safe steps to the water.

For the avid fisherman and sightseer, Redstone offers miles of boating pleasure and clear, weed-free water for swimming. This is cottage country at its best.

We’re just minutes from the 100,000 acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve with 400 kms of groomed hiking, biking and snowmobile trails and the world-famous Wolf Observatory. Winter enthusiasts will find a haven of excitement at Hal. Forest for ice fishing and ice climbing. The nearby Sir Sam’s Ski/Ride offers many activities as well. We’re only half an hour from shopping, golf courses and entertainment and 3 hours NE of Toronto.

THE WATERFRONT

315 feet of private shoreline. Deep water swimming. 100 steps from cottage to lake. Waterfront Gazebo with netting at Lakefront deck. A stationary and floating dock (high water mark). 6-8 patio chairs on floating dock. The cottage provides 1 canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for all your water fun! Enjoy the sunrise and the sunset!

Overall, a great week and very spacious cottage- loved the main floor layout! Loved the stand-up paddle boards and kayak and appreciated the new life jackets.
