Outdoors, this Lakehouse is a haven for nature lovers, loungers, and adventure seekers alike. A spacious deck with ample seating and dining space is perfect for meals al fresco, while a variety of watercraft invites you to explore the lake. A lookout deck and floating dock provide the perfect spot to bask in the sun and take in the sweeping views of stunning Kennisis Lake. In the evening, follow the softly lit steps to the firepit to share stories, laughter, and marshmallows
under the stars.

At the heart of Ontario’s premier holiday destination, Kennisis Lake offers miles of boating
pleasure, uninhabited islands to explore, breathtaking vistas, and crystal-clear waters great for
swimming. The local marina is close for last-minute supplies and all your watercraft needs.

Just minutes away lies the 100,000-acre Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve, home to
groomed hiking, biking, and snowmobile trails as well as the world-renowned Wolf Centre.
And when you’re ready for a change of pace, shopping, golf courses, and entertainment are only
30 minutes away and all just a three-hour drive from Toronto.

THE WATERFRONT

Lovely sand beach by mid summer with stationary waterfront deck and floating dock for deep-water swimming. Fire pit. 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, a paddleboat and lilypad for plenty of fun on the water.  Sun on top deck until 5pm.  And lakefront till 6pm – 8:30 depending on time of year.
